Load limiter – Also known as a safety clutch or wet clutch, it is located between the driving and driven sides of the power transmission and is kept oil-immersed. When an overload fault occurs (torque exceeds the set value), the torque limiter will disengage, thereby effectively protecting the drive machinery.
Power failure safety brake – The brake and motor power supply are connected in series, so the brake cannot be released if the motor fails, ensuring safety.
External fan for motor – External motor fan – The brake surface is isolated from the motor and equipped with a fan that blows heat onto the fins, reducing heat buildup, improving motor performance, and extending the life of the coils and bearings.
