The lifting mechanism adopts a variable frequency speed control design to meet the needs of fast handling and slow positioning.

Features
- The braking resistor is mounted on an aluminum alloy casing and equipped with a hollow metal protective cover, which takes into account both heat dissipation and safety.
- Traditional overhead cranes are mostly single-speed designs. The intense vibrations during hoisting and braking can cause the transported goods to sway or become unstable, leading to injuries to personnel and making the goods prone to damage when they reach the ground.
- The lifting mechanism is implemented using the variable frequency principle.Speed control design (optional)This eliminates the violent speed jumps that occur when switching between fast and slow speeds in polarity motors or dual-motor designs.
- Traditional cranes use full-pressure starting and brakes are activated while the motor is still at high speed, causing motor overheating and excessive brake wear.
- By controlling the brakes and motor through the principle of frequency conversion, when the stop command is issued, the controller generates a reverse braking torque to the motor. The brake is activated when the motor speed approaches zero, which can effectively extend the life of the brakes and motor.

Remark :
- Maximum speed = The default value is 60Hz, the motor's rated frequency. A light-load overclocking function is available as an option to achieve a faster handling speed.
- Slowest speed = factory default 6Hz, manufactured after 100% load test at 1Hz. [Other speed settings to be discussed].
- Control switches: Dual-speed button is standard; single-speed button + variable speed knob or dual-speed button (slow speed can be adjusted steplessly) are optional.
- Power supply model: 3-phase 220~460 needs to be specified in advance.
- Load capacity ≤ 0.5 tons [A more economical two-speed CSC is also available.]。
