  • The cable groove is processed on the drum to facilitate the regular winding of the steel cable.
  • High starting torque motor with advantages of low starting current and high temperature resistance.
  • With a safety factor greater than 5, the steel cable is particularly suitable for well drilling, cranes, hoists, and construction.

Gear-type limit switch

► The crane winch has an automatic limit cut-off switch, and the limit switch has separate fast and slow settings to maximize the utilization effect and safety of the upper limit.

► Suitable for hoisting applications, the limit function is achieved by directly touching the micro switch on the drum through the reduction gear set. 

Direct drive design

► The hoisting gear reducer directly transmits power to the drum, unlike the traditional method that uses a long drive shaft, thus maximizing mechanical efficiency.

► Both the horizontal and vertical gear reducers directly transmit power to the drive wheels, unlike the traditional grease-lubricated exposed gears.

Drum input bushing

►A detachable design is available, using bolt fasteners and removal holes for future maintenance and replacement.

V Type of hook design

►It can maximize the winding length of the steel cable on the drum and make the angle of the steel cable winding into the drum appropriate.

An AC electromagnetic automatic adjustment mechanism can prevent the brake coil from burning out.

Automatic brake adjustment principle :

Mechanical closed-loop control is used to maintain brake clearance and brake pressure spring height.

  1. The automatic adjusting arm can keep the gap between the friction pads and the brake drum constant.
  2. To prevent the load from slipping due to insufficient braking force.
  3. No more manual adjustment of brake clearance is needed, reducing the frequency of maintenance and repairs.
