Product Warranty and Repair Terms
I. Product Warranty Period
- The warranty period is one year from the date of manufacture of this product, as stated in the warranty certificate.
If the product malfunctions naturally during the warranty period and is used normally according to the instruction manual, the customer can return the product to our factory for free repair service. - The product warranty service is only applicable to Taiwan and does not apply to overseas or OEM customer regions.
- When providing warranty coverage, our company reserves the right to replace the product you purchased instead of repairing it. The replacement product must be of the current value of the purchased product or an equivalent, similar, or upgraded model, and will be replaced free of charge. The warranty period after replacement will still be based on the original product's warranty period. (For example: a one-year warranty, purchased on January 1, 2011, and replaced or updated parts/components on October 1, 2011; the warranty period will expire on January 1, 2012).
- For products covered by the warranty, the warranty period will not be extended or restarted due to ongoing or completed repairs or the provision of other services. In other words, once the warranty period for the product expires, the company will no longer be liable for warranty coverage.
(For example: if the product was purchased on January 1, 2011, and underwent repairs on October 1, 2011, the warranty period expires on January 1, 2012.) The warranty period for the components installed in the product expires at the same time as the product's warranty period. - All parts, components, and accessories that are repaired or replaced during the warranty period belong to our company.
II. Coverage outside the warranty period
Although still under warranty, the product is not covered by warranty if any of the following conditions apply.
- Products without an original warranty certificate or proof of purchase (original or copy, such as invoice or delivery note), or whose serial number does not match the actual product.
- Consumable parts inside and outside the product body: such as electrical components, electromagnetic contactors, transformers, push-button switches, connecting wires, braking systems, etc.
- Damage caused by improper installation in accordance with the product manual, including: human factors, heavy pressure, dropping, moisture, immersion in water, rain, foreign object intrusion, lack of grounding, interference from the installation environment, chemical corrosion, etc.
- Defects caused by normal wear and tear or normal product aging.
- Product damage caused by the use of non-original parts or components.
- Product damage caused by natural disasters or force majeure.
- Disassembly or repair by personnel not authorized by our company, or unauthorized disassembly, modification, or arbitrary changes to product specifications.
- There are slight deviations from the specified quality, but they do not have a significant impact on the product's value and applicability.
III. Precautions for sending for repair
- According to the warranty terms, if the "product" itself is found to be free of any faults or defects after the company has provided repair services, the company may charge a fee for the testing service.
- If the customer does not respond or pay the repair fee within 30 days of receiving notification from our company, we will determine that the customer has automatically relinquished ownership of the product, and our company will handle it through our internal disposal procedures.
- Repair services are only available in Taiwan; services to other regions are not accepted.
- If, during the warranty period, the product is found to be outside the warranty scope after inspection, our company may repair it and charge the relevant fees after obtaining your agreed quotation.
(If the item is not to be repaired and needs to be retrieved, a testing fee and return shipping fee will be charged.) - For products or services not covered by the warranty or exceeding the warranty period, our company may repair them and charge relevant fees after obtaining your agreed quotation.

In addition, the warranty repair work provided by our company requires 7 to 10 working days (calculated from the time the product is delivered to our company, excluding national holidays and public holidays). You will need to bear the shipping cost when sending it out, and the return shipping cost during the warranty period will be borne by our company.
- The Company shall not be liable for any legal or compensatory damages or claims arising from any factors not attributable to the Company (including but not limited to: shortage of parts, delayed delivery, etc.) that cause delays, inability to carry out or complete repairs or services, or damages or claims not related to the product itself.
IV. Warranty Shipping Method
The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to our company under warranty, and our company will cover the return shipping cost once the warranty is completed.
V. Documents required for warranty and maintenance
- Repairman contact information: Company name (contact person), address, telephone number.
- The original or a copy of the warranty certificate must bear the store's seal or proof of purchase, as well as the correct machine manufacturing number.
- Reasons for repair (damage).
VI. Fees and Regulations
- Inspection Fee: Regardless of whether the product is under warranty, a basic inspection fee (travel expenses) will be charged when a technician comes to inspect the product.
- Repair costs:
(1) During the warranty period: If the product is sent to the original factory for repair and replacement of faulty parts free of charge, the technician will charge a basic inspection fee (travel fee) for on-site inspection.
(2) Outside the warranty period: The actual cost of repair or replacement parts will be determined based on the fault and the quote provided by the on-site technician.
